It's rather refreshing being a 46 yo and having a younger doctor with confidence and smarts. I don't do follow ups ever. These would be my first because I felt value in coming back based on Dr Steele's attitude and confidence in her words. I also appreciated the breakdown of the value in returning for a follow up. Much appreciated.

The PA was late to a 20 minute virtual appointment and never apologized. She asked me questions that could have been handled by a questionnaire. It cost $140.

The staff (reception, pa, etc.) were all lovely. My only reservation was the lack of privacy when the door exam room door opened. A curtain could solve that. All else was wonderful.
