You have great staff! Alison Ramaeker was amazing! She was knowledgeable, listened to me and my concerns. She took time with me and didn’t make me feel like I was just a number. The advice was very helpful and I felt that she cared about helping to resolve my problem.

Perhaps the single best coordindated, most helpful, courteous and friendly visit at any hosptial I have ever had. Everyone was excellent; when I arrived, I discovered my radiography appt. my radiography appt. had already been prescheduled, making wait times absolutely minimal. I received just the information and assistance I needed. Superb in every respect.

Alison was thorough, caring and informative with her examination and explanation of the injury and next steps. She followed up quickly after receiving MRI results and with setting up an appointment with a sports medicine doctor for immediate care. As a former competitive athlete, she was empathetic towards my son's injury and the need for him to resume activity due to upcoming athletic recruiting opportunities. I am so grateful that we ended up in her care!

I wish she spent more time manipulating my shoulder during my exam. She was very friendly and the facility is outstanding!

I have been very impressed with the staff from the clean up crew to the nurses,doctors and technicians. My surgeon was incredibly kind, dedicated and installed confidence. Thank you!
