I was made to feel I was having a cardiac event when she said I should call a cardiologist from the parking lot before I left.

I wasn't happy with being made to wait to get inside. I was told to be there by 7:15 and they didn't open the door until almost 7:25. I was the 1st patient scheduled at 7:30 and wasn't taken back until 7:45. May not seem like a long time but when you are used to them being prompt I was a bit upset. I am very happy with Dr. [REDACTED] and would be hard pressed to look for another doctor! I'm expected to be on time so I would hope the staff would be in work and ready to open on time also. Im not trying to get anyone in trouble, I'm just highlighting an area of concern

They were supposed to find me a gastrointestinal Dr who took my Ins they said they would call me in a.couple of days I never heard back from them I'm having terrible problems with being in the bathroom all the time My father died of colon cancer. I thought you would help me but I guess not I'm very unhappy about how.this turned out I hope I'm not walking around with colon cancer. That's why I made.an appointment with you !!! Thanks for your concern ?

Both the medical assistant and APN were kind and comforting during my visit. They were knowledgeable and supportive with my questions and concerns.

When I called back to ask the provider about the medicine I take for my condition I had to leave it the the phone operater and she was rude and trying to answer my question . I don't even think she gave my question about my medicine to the provider I saw becaus 2 days have passed and they didn't return my phone call with the question answered

Wasn't assessed once by my provider. Was reiterated results I had months prior to discredit and not acknowledge issues now. Waited 45 mins to be seen after be told I must come in due to my symptoms. Walked out with nothing.

The NP did it not examine me, touch me, or assess my pain. She fraudulently charted physical exam findings.

First ever televising. Very good experience Alison was professional and concerned about my complaint. She ordered a scan and follow up. Very satisfied with this visit

I waited an 50 min to go to a room, then another 15 to be seen. I work. I don't have the city of spending an additional hour or more waiting to be seen. I'd appreciate being seen on time next time.

Yes, I was very satisfied and when I was taking the questionnaire, I didn't understand. So everything that was a two is supposed to be a three. I was very happy with the service and the courtesy and I thank you very much.

My one complaint was that my time was not respected. Appointment time was 9:30. I was asked to arrive at 9:15 which I did. I sat in exam room wiring for Allison Miller until after 10 and received no apology. Patient time ought to be as valuable as provider's and respected.

Provider was late for my 7:30 a.m. telemed. It caused me to be late for work and I had to call out of work. Provider seemed attentive to my questions, but there was a lot of fidgeting around that I didn't understand. The provider did not look like a professional nurse practitioner in my opinion in terms of presentation.

EVERY PERSON I CAME IN CONTACT WITH SINCE I WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR MADE ME FEEL RELAXED AND COMFORTABLE WHILE GETTING SET UP FOR MY FIRST IRON INFUSION THE STAFF WAS A PLEASURE TO MEET AND WORKED SO WELL TOGETHER AS A TEAM

Wait time was long. Sent message immediately after visit and it is now 4 days and have not gotten response. Medication ordered required insurance company approval and now 4 days later have still not gotten confirmation
