In addition to Dr. Green being a wonderful physician, Kylie (sp?) technician was great. She was pleasant, intelligent, knowledgeable and took extra care during my assessment. An asset to the office staff. Monica Tubbs is another who goes above and beyond in friendliness.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Nothing this time. At times it takes quite a bit of time to get back in the exam room. This time was quite timely.

I usually despise going to the doctor, but Dr. Green makes all the difference. She is kind, understanding, and so attentive during my visit. She made my emotions and feelings heard, as well as giving me genuine care for my health. I wish every patient could have a doctor like her because she always goes above and beyond to make me feel safe and leaving the office every time feeling better than before.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Honestly, do not know how you could make it better. The staff are total sweethearts and do their job very well. Updates are always given and appreciated, making my medical visit easier to understand and follow up on.

The student that was shadowing her did an amazing job asking questions, she was very polite and professional. She made me really comfortable. The nurses are always great including the secretaries.

Told me a little more about meds I've been put on .sometimes cartvetalag reduces my blood pressure and sometimes it's high..also swelling or edema in my legs more discussion on that..just more asking me if I have any questions on anything going on ..

Dr. Alison Green always listens carefully and makes me feel at ease about whatever is going on. I can talk to her about things even when they are uncomfortable for me. That has never happened before. Very professional and kind.

Dr. Green ALWAYS makes me feel heard. I cried in her office once bc, as a woman, it was an overwhelming feeling to realize I was being heard and real thought and compassion was going to her standard of care. Dr. Green is great and deserves every award and incentive you have to offer. If she leaves Unity, I will follow her.

B12 usually and blood work, knowing they are there is a comfort to me, especially with the elderly patients, like myself.

Everyone was super friendly. I have been telling everyone that if they need a Doctor, I have never been to a doctor who is more caring, who listens and who is as sweet as DrGreen. She makes me feel so at ease, and Iām able to tell her everything that is going on without the fear of being judged or shamed or embarrassed . She is excellent.
