What else would you like to say about your experience?
This was a uniquely poor experience at the Mission Farms facility. The NP seemed irritated to even be bothered by me. She was dismissive. I am neither stupid nor uneducated. She made it very clear she thought I was one, the other, or both. It was a very uncomfortable experience that was not at all what I expect from Saint Luke's, especially at this location.

Excellent meeting. I felt my healthcare provider thoroughly covered my questions. She had a superior knowledge of my health history and gave me recommendations that made sense and a provide me a way forward in tackling my issues. She offered a followup which I look forward to.

All went very well. We discussed the pre-ordered test results and some symptoms I was experiencing. Alisha ordered some new tests and got back to me very quickly with results and recommendations. Great visit.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I wanted to provide feedback regarding my recent experience. Unfortunately, I left the appointment feeling dismissed, unheard, and unsupported. During the visit, the provider frequently interrupted me, appeared disinterested, and often talked over me rather than allowing me to fully explain my concerns and symptoms.
there seemed to be significant hesitation to assist, which made the process unnecessarily difficult and stressful.
During the visit I felt interrupted while the provider was typing, and I do not believe the concern was fully acknowledged.
Initially, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assumed perhaps the provider was simply having a difficult day. However, the tone and attitude continued in subsequent follow-up communication days later, which reinforced my concerns about the interaction overall.
I understand providers are busy and that not every request may be appropriate; however, respectful communication, active listening, and collaborative discussion are extremely important — especially for patients with complex and chronic health conditions. I am already managing significant health challenges, and this experience added unnecessary emotional stress during an already difficult time.
I regret scheduling the appointment.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I really like Alicia Wilson. I think she did a great job. She gets along super well with her nurses and the staff up front is super friendly and they get things done immediately. There's no waiting when I get there. I mean, it's just an all-around great experience and I give them the highest marks you can get and I'm glad they're there for me.

Alisha Wilson gave me the same kindness and respect that I received from former doctor. She addressed all my concerns and the knowledge on what to expect for the remainder of the year and eased my anxieties.

I absolutely love the care and concern I get from Alisha Wilson! I hope I never have to see anyone else. She is caring and listens to all that concerns I have and works hard to deal with them. She is more than a 10 in my care!
