On time, pleasant to talk to, she knows how to treat a patient with respect, includes patient in decision making. The main thing is she listens to the patients concerns.

Alicia was fantastic. She is very thorough, compassionate and caring. She listens to you and is very informative with your concerns. I was very nervous about this about this appointment but quickly felt at ease once I met her. Her team are all also fantastic!
