After arrival we got in right away. The nurse was wonderful and Alicia came in immediately. The front desk, nurse and Alicia were extremely helpful. All my questions were answered so we could understand. Thank you

She listened to my complaint, and I received orders to have a current MRI. She said they were backlogged, so I figured this was why I haven’t been scheduled yet.

She made a point to authorize tests she felt were needed to see what was causing my pain. Once the tests were completed she recommended the correct course of treatment. Once the treatment was performed the pain had dissipated.

She made me feel like a drug addict when I was asking for advice on how to treat my pain other ways that maybe I hadn't tried it just automatically went to I want narcotics

She is very professional but the original reason I came for treatment was for neck pain and some how it got written down as arm pain and it was never that per sey. I do have discomfort in my arm but the pain has always been my neck...didn't understand why that point was missed.
