He was insensitive, uncaring and not interested in hearing what i had to say about my health. He was very dismissive and made me feel like i was stupid. He didn’t care to listen to my concerns and had his mind made up, even though i wanted further testing done.

Wish he had an additional site closer to south side of town. Driving from Blanchard is a very long drive. Especially for check ups. Several of the SSM doctors do that for routine check ups.

The doctor took my condition seriously and explained himself thoroughly. Tried to make my care convenient to me by offering e-visits since i live so far from the office. Overall, very impressed.

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a physician, and that's saying a lot. Again, I think it's important to emphasize that I felt like he was a drug pusher. Clearly, it seems he's getting a kickback from Ozempic; if he's not, he should consider a career change to go work for that pharmaceutical company.

My problem was not with the doctor but rather with the process for notification from the manager. I was not adequately notified through the SSM My chart portal about the doctor's orders to set up IV Therapy infusions. The manager said that a message was sent three times with a voice message. I never received this information because I was traveling out of state to care for an elderly relative. I checked MY Chart often, but avoid strange phone calls from unknown numbers due to my hearing impairment. So, I rely on the My Chart messages. That referral should have been in my chart for me to read. This is not on the doctor, but the manager of referrals.
