Dr Trang was extremely professional. He was compassionate, gave an easy-to-understand description of the proposed surgery. I never felt rushed. He answered every question no matter how small. And he had direct eye contact with me, the patient. Never once did he look at a computer screen which so many doctors do.

Nowadays, some doctors have 1 foot out the door when they are dealing with you. It is nice to have a Doctor Who is going to explain everything and listen to your questions.

Dr. Trang was called into surgery, so I needed to meet with the PA. I felt very confident in her ability to act as a surrogate for the doctor.
