My only compaint is that the assistant did not introduce herself. Also two others (student?) came in and they also were never introduced.

I noticed in my after visit notes, that there was note on things that were not actually checked in the appointment. For instance, she did not check my eyes, ears, or nose. However, the notes make it seem like those things were looked at.
