I have had two visits to the ostomy wound center, with several more scheduled. I am very impressed with the knowledge, compassionate care and communication between Renown and the Barton health care systems. Everything has been exemplary from the receptionists to the nurses and Doc. I highly recommend the ostomy and wound center. Don’t change anything!!!!

Great experience. I'm truly impressed by the professionalism and the knowledge of the nurses. They performed the wound care change absolutely perfectly. Very little pain. Totally impressed. Very good job.

The medical staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to try new things to improve my health. My ongoing need for care requires this to be a second home almost and I always feel they are trying their best, confident in their abilities to keep me as comfortable and hopeful as possible in this situation. Wound care is an unpleasant undertaking but it is made much more acceptable being in a proper and friendly environment with professional healthcare workers. Out of every wound care facility available in Reno/Sparks, Renown has been the best.

Explained exactly so I can understand every question patiently. Every employee extremely professional while being very friendly every time. I always enjoy being there even though it is for a medical reason. Would highly recommend Renown for wound care.

Treated like a human. I'm on medicad and have felt differently with other medical issues with other providers. I know that Renown is a county hospital and can't refuse treatment. But I still felt important for my illness.

Yes, all the wind care people are just wonderful and I'm a lot better and it's all worked. So they're all amazing and Alexandra is great and they all are. So I'm really happy with all my care there. Thank you. Bye.

The clerical staff is ourstanding. Very patient with elderly and trying customers. The back staff knows their business and works cohesive as a team. All are on the same page. They have done wonders with my 91 yr old dad's wounds. His body is helping him recover, along with the great treatment. Thank you!

Always treated with respect. Listens and comes up with solutions to any thing that needs addressing immediately. Always cheerful. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs wound care.

I’m sorry I have forgotten the name of the PA who treated me, she made me feel confident in the Treatment I was receiving. Also I want to give praise to the RN Marku . He is very friendly and took time to listen to me.

I would normally have treated my injury on my own but the possibility of stitches sent me to Urgent Care and followed up sent me to wound care where the skill and attention resulted in a much better outcome

everyone from first checking in to being brought back to the room and the RN and APRN were excellent, they also walked us through everything they were going to do before doing it that part was great nobody hardly does that now a days over all everyone we encountered at wound care was superb!!!
