The hospital discharge form listed the address incorrectly as room 365 rather than 355. I was standing outside the incorrect office when a kind person in 355 saw me and came out to redirect me. Thanks to her I was on time. Please consider correcting your hospital discharge form.

It was a blessing to have Dr. Chudner as my surgeon. It would be also a blessing to have her and any other physicians that a patient may have so that they can talk about any complications or any procedures that the patient may have encountered during this time because the patient doesn't know the medical terms or anything concerning the things that they may have occurred after any surgery. Other than that, I would recommend Dr. Chudner to family members and friends. Thank you very much and have a blessed new year.

I think Alexandra Kunner is an amazing doctor. She knew her stuff. She took care of me very well. And I really appreciated her bedside manners. She was so knowledgeable, fantastic, and I absolutely loved dealing with her. And I'm sure you guys would hear probably this often from other patients. Very lucky to have her. She's wonderful.

Yes, my visit with Dr. Chudner was excellent. She's very attentive and very caring and does take my overall health and well-being into consideration. I also want to say thank you to the scheduling staff, Ms. [REDACTED]. She has been outstanding to work with and has really done a comprehensive job of making sure that the care needed before my surgery is in place.

My experience from the start was great. Dr. Chudner's staff was great. Dr. Chudner is a very knowledgeable doctor, explaining everything thoroughly, and answering my many questions. I definitely feel better about my upcoming surgery after my first experience with Dr. Chudner and her staff.

A friendly atmosphere, felt very relaxed. There was no long wait to see the doctor. She took her time with us to answer our questions and to explain how the procedure would be done.

The doctor didn't seem to look over y chart prior to my appointment. I felt that I couldn't ask a lot of questions due to feeling uncomfortable. I wasn't able to explain my situation due to constantly being cut off by the staff that answered the phone.

Was not happy with sergeant. Was not able to answer question I ask. She gave me a cold feeling about her self. Sergeant was quick to give me back to work paperwork. Was not happy.
