Alex is patient and kind. She took time to explain things even though she is really busy. And WE made decisions about my health care not the insurance company or people who send out these surveys. I really like Alex Westover please do not send me anymore surveys. After teaching for many years surveys are a waste of time.

Taking the time and understanding my concerns. I have a disease that is commonly misunderstood or not fully known but she was very honest and compassionate during my appointment and wanted to make sure I have a lot of options and care.

Alex is always wonderful and always takes time with her patients.. She is very thorough and very clear. She made sure that my child gets the care that she needs and always follows up, even after seeing her.. I would like to commend the Medical Assistant named Sandra as well for doing such a wonderful job when she swabbed my child. She made sure that my child is at ease and she is very very kind and knows how to interact to pediatric patients..
