My NP Alex Westover is friendly, thorough and knowledgable regarding my health. She listens to any questions or concerns I have and provides clear and easy to understand feedback. Her MA was also very kind and respectful.

I really like that there is a facility in my neighbourhood at Raley's shopping centre. It is close and convenient and always helpful. Personnel is friendly and welcoming. Westover is as good a Primary Care Provider as any M.D. doctor I have ever seen.

Wait time was minimal. Everyone was friendly and professional. Alexandra spent an appropriate amount of time with me during my visit and answered all my questions.

Alexandra Westover, APRN, is my PCP and one of the best I’ve ever had. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable, giving me the utmost confidence. She listens well, is compassionate, and offers solid medical recommendations and follow-up. I also love her Medical Assistant, Sandra, who is also very thorough and compassionate. They are a great team and I hope they continue in practice for years to come.

When you check in it hard to see receptionist and make eye contact. Lots of clutter and pink sticky notes.

I like my check, the app, so easy to make the appointment and can see the reserve and Dr. Alexandra, very patient to explain all the detail for me. Okay, that's it. Done.

The receptionists are always very friendly & helpful. Alex and her team are all very knowledgeable & professional. Alex offers lots of preventative care ideas, which I appreciate. Overall I am very grateful to have such an excellent primary care team.

I was very impressed with everyone involved in my care. From clerical employees to the tech, nurses, and physicians I felt like everyone was centered on me and my needs. I would absolutely recommend Renown to others. In fact, I already have!

I am completely confident with the care I am receiving from my primary care physician NP Alexandra Westover. I have quite a lot of medical history ,for me, anyway. I continue to have improvement in my overall state of health since I became a patient of hers. I would like to add that I have had excellent care from all my prior NP's.

I really appreciated Dr. Westover telling me what was covered under an annual physical and what was not so that I could make an informed decision and save money if I was going outside of my annual physical parameters.
