Alexandra and the medical assistant (Sandra?) were both excellent. I had some sensitive/embarrassing things to discuss and they were very professional and helpful.

I was very impressed with everyone involved in my care. From clerical employees to the tech, nurses, and physicians I felt like everyone was centered on me and my needs. I would absolutely recommend Renown to others. In fact, I already have!

I am completely confident with the care I am receiving from my primary care physician NP Alexandra Westover. I have quite a lot of medical history ,for me, anyway. I continue to have improvement in my overall state of health since I became a patient of hers. I would like to add that I have had excellent care from all my prior NP's.

I really appreciated Dr. Westover telling me what was covered under an annual physical and what was not so that I could make an informed decision and save money if I was going outside of my annual physical parameters.

When the lab test came back, I needed a different prescription. Alexandra telephoned me, which I really appreciated because I don't always check my computer and iPhone later in the day. I was able to get on the new prescription quicker. Thank you.

Got in the same day I called. Got X-rays early next day-which were available same day & Dr Westover e-mailed ( my chart) the next day ( on Saturday!!) & told me what the results indicated & suggested I start physical therapy right away. She’s fabulous!!
