When the lab test came back, I needed a different prescription. Alexandra telephoned me, which I really appreciated because I don't always check my computer and iPhone later in the day. I was able to get on the new prescription quicker. Thank you.

I can’t say enough good things about Sandra who is Alex Westover‘s MA. She’s not only pleasant, but she is efficient and a joy to work with. She helped me in a timely manner to get an injection that I really needed before Christmas.

Got in the same day I called. Got X-rays early next day-which were available same day & Dr Westover e-mailed ( my chart) the next day ( on Saturday!!) & told me what the results indicated & suggested I start physical therapy right away. She’s fabulous!!

Alex Westover and her team that support her are amazing! They are so professional and personal and understanding. They are the best at what they do. The girls at the front, that check you in, are also simply amazing. I love who my provider is and love the care she gives me!

I arrived before my appt time (not check-in time) last week and the receptionist had me reschedule and i kindly asked why and she was not taking questions that day. She just said she had to reschedule me. She wasn't necessarily rude, just very matter-of-fact and showed zero empathy. I have never experienced arriving before my appt time and having to be rescheduled. Blew my mind. My doctor is amazing so i won't leave, but what an experience in the lobby.

Dr Alexandra Westover is amazing, she is knowledgeable and takes time to go over all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family. The staff at her office is thorough and very polite and they do a great job.

Impossible to get through the phone tree on the main number to schedule appointments that MyChart cannot book. People who answer are not knowledgeable about all of the renown locations. Some who answered were rude or clearly did not care why I was calling.

I always feel safe, heard and valued at my annual exams with Alex & her assistant Sandra. Any questions I have are answered with care & professionalism. I have been in Reno since 2017. Alex is my absolute favorite PCP. I am grateful to call her my “doctor!”
