Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Marvin is a very attentive doctor.. He helped me with some medical equipment, both the instillation and usage of it. Very much appreciated that.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Markov is truly exceptional. I’ve been his patient since 2023 after being referred for thyroid nodules, and he has consistently gone above and beyond for my care. He genuinely listens, cares about his patients’ health, and always makes sure I’m connected with the very best specialists when needed. I’ve always felt supported and in great hands with him. He is truly one of a kind.

Dr Alex is well aware of my overall health. He directed me to a surgeon who was amazed Dr Alex found my adrenal gland issue before it caused major issues to my heart. I’m in the hospital now, just removed my adrenal gland and two tumors. Thanks to Dr Alex for finding all this!!!

Dr Markov is wonderful in his knowledge, communication and attention to details. He makes you feel like you matter to him. True one of a kind. We feel Blessed to have found him

I thought it was neat that Wilma introduced herself, which I don’t think has ever happened to me before. She was the one behind the front desk. Dr. Markov was very considerate and thoughtful and informative in his discussion with me.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I was there right on time or two minutes late due to traffic. I waited five minutes or a little less the doctor came in and seemed rushed. The whole appointment was rushed and I didn’t have energy time to ask any questions. This was totally unlike my other visits with him.

Dr Markov is always helpful and caring about my health. I never feel rushed. He’s very personable and listens to me and then includes me in discussing what he thinks is the best plan.

I come to my mother's appts with her she is 82 years old. She stated to me she really likes him. I am hoping here insurance company and bjc reach a agreement so we dont have to go elsewhere for her needs. He is caring and explains everything and answers all of our questions and beyond.

Dr Alexander Markov us a Great Knowledgeable and so Caring! Helps me get The Best Care not just from him but Other Bjc Doctors! Dr Markov's assistant is great always knowledgeable and really Cares! I only stay with Bjc Doctors they are the Best!They have all saved my Life!

The entire visit was excellent! Dr. Markov is exactly what I was looking for in an endocrinologist. He was intelligent, thorough, listened well, and partnered with me in my care. As a type one diabetic, my endocrinologist is my most important physician. I left the appointment feeling very happy with my choice to make Dr. Markov my doctor! He even gave me some insights and suggestions to community events and activities.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My wife is a retired RN having worked in a hospital setting for 45 years, she is so impressed with the level of care that Dr Markov provides to me. I am as well! His care is so exceptional that I am looking into changing my insurance for next year as he will no longer be in network with my current plan.

Sr Markov ALWAYS provides encouraging feedback as I describe what I’m trying to do to “stay in range” and to keep my GMI at appropriate levels! He is constantly working to nullify negative impact of Type 2 on all aspects of my body! I appreciate that!

Nothing; the visit was very informative and I left with new direction to improve my overall health!

The staff and Dr. Markov were all very pleasant, helpful, informative. Dr. Markov explained all the possibilities regarding my condition and the treatments for each of the possibilities.

Dr. Markov is an outstanding physician with excellent communication skills. I have never felt rushed or silly for asking questions. He is always genuine and caring as well as remarkably knowledgeable and professional.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
It felt rushed and I I left feeling disappointed. I'd arrived with things I'd wanted to ask about regarding my health but it seemed he'd already made up his mind about what we would address and he seemed in a hurry and didn't ask for any input and so I gave up and resigned myself . He probably meant well but it was just disappointing
