The doctor was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the time he spent with me. I am encouraged regarding my condition, and I feel that we have good strategies to manage it.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Markov is an outstanding physician with excellent communication skills. I have never felt rushed or silly for asking questions. He is always genuine and caring as well as remarkably knowledgeable and professional.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
It felt rushed and I I left feeling disappointed. I'd arrived with things I'd wanted to ask about regarding my health but it seemed he'd already made up his mind about what we would address and he seemed in a hurry and didn't ask for any input and so I gave up and resigned myself . He probably meant well but it was just disappointing

Dr Markov took time to not only explain the condition I see him for, but to also explain another test and condition I have that I wanted clarity on.

This was an exceptional experience for me. I have seen many specialists over the course of diverse treatments and diagnosis for Graves and Fibromyalgia…I did always feel seen or heard and have sometimes felt dismissed…so starting with a new doctor and course of treatment had me a little anxious…but this was honestly the best experience I have ever had and so much better than I could have anticipated. So thankful!

I like Dr Markov. He was detailed in his explanations and I like that. He treated me with respect and did not assume I was a dummy. He knows his craft for sure. I believe he may have found something other doctors have missed and I'm hoping to get relief from my issues soon. Markov is a keeper.

Dr Markov is the first endocrinologist that has made me feel listened to. He is also very intelligent and is able to clearly explain diabetic issues.

Dr Markov is an amazing physician. Only one who has put me on a plan and a medication to reduce my A1c and successfully allowed me to lose weight. Always answers my questions quickly through bjc my chart and at in person visits. I drive 20 miles to choose this high standard of treatment!!
