He was over an hour late. Not friendly at all or apologized for his lateness. The younger guy who came into room never acknowledged me. The younger African American girl with him was polite to me and said hello. I am a provider and would never treat, my patients in this manner.

He could def smile once and be a little more personable. My husband went with me to my appointment and is a patient of Dr Llanos but Dr did not recognize him when I introduced him.

He didn't listen at all, and the notes in my file were mostly incorrect such as allergies, current medications, past surgeries and even bothering to ask much about my symptoms. I learned more from an acquaintance about the ECG results, who is a renowned cardiologist, and I very much doubt Dr Llanos bothered to look at! He was definitely in a rush thru my entire appt

Dr. Llanos appears to be an excellent doctor, but the practice should show more respect by setting appropriate appointment times. A 90-minute delay is far from pleasant.

Doctor didn't spend more than 10 minutes with me after waiting for over an hour to see him. Wasn't looking at me while talking or explaining how I feel nor examine me not looked at my previous test that I have done prior seeing him.
