I appreciate that he is willing to take the time with me until I finally get the movement. Otherwise, the effort I am making doesn't help me in reducing my pain while I move through my daily activities.

He encouraged me to keep strengthening my muscles and didn't overwhelm me. Enough exercises to strengthen the muscles but not overdo it. I feel he really listened to me.
