Alex is really personable and easy to talk to. He walks me through new exercises to make sure I understand them and corrects me when necessary (which I find really helpful), answers my questions, and offers alternative exercises if some aren't working well for me which I appreciate.

Alex is very enthusiastic and motivating when showing and introducing new exercises. The only suggestion I would make is to consider the individual's age and fitness level. I can generally perform the exercises, but I'm feeling the effects for a couple of days afterwards!

What more can I say or add. He made a major difference in my ability to remain a senior living independently. Thanks again to Alex for everything.

He needs to work on his communication skills, slow down and be a little bit compassionate with older people who take a minute to understand what he's talking about.
