Excellent therapist.

He's providing advice and exercises that are having the desired effect. Hasn't totally fixed my problems (physical therapy may not be able to fix them), but moving in the right direction.

Alex is really personable and easy to talk to. He walks me through new exercises to make sure I understand them and corrects me when necessary (which I find really helpful), answers my questions, and offers alternative exercises if some aren't working well for me which I appreciate.
