Dr Au has such a wonderful, caring demeanor and I am confident that he will resolve the issues that I have from my recent LEFT mastectomy. I trust him immensely. I am sorry that he will be leaving the practice soon.

Every time I go to Dr. Au's office is an exceptional visit from the front desk to the techs to the secretaries and the schedulers, everybody goes above and beyond. They are a wonderful team and I recommend them highly. Please value them as employees. Thank you. Bye-bye.

The doctor and staff didn't make you feel like a number. It was such a pleasant experience, the warm smiles and the knowledgeable conversations. I was so at ease and very comfortable.

My daughter recommended him to me and for good reason. I felt a deep sense of calmness immediately absorbing me as Dr. Au and I were sharing words. Instincts are natural and of great importance. Not worrying is wonderful too and I was comfortable right away. I believe in Dr. Au. Sometimes you just know.

Dr. Au, his assistant, and the lady who took my photos were all excellent from start to finish. Very informative with what procedure he planned to do and explained it to me in detail what would take place. Highly recommend the office and practice.

I have never had to wait for my appointment for more than five minutes here. This place runs like clockwork. So efficient yet the level of care and attention given by each member of the staff is the best I've had anywhere. Dr. Au is not only a skilled plastic surgeon, but is also a good listener and kind person. This office sets the bar very high.

Dr.Au answered all of my questions before I even had to ask them, which is a beautiful relief' when you are in a position of a double mastectomy. He most certainly treated me as an individual listening to my concerns about my body's past surgeries and how scar tissue may impact this one, Dr. Au put me at ease explaining each detail of the day of the procedure. I left our appointment confident I was in the correct hands for my big day. Thank you Dr. Au and his ever so kind staff

From the reception area greeting to the back staff, Toni, Kayla and the MA ( sorry I forgot her name) are the most professional, pleasant, compassionate and friendly women. Dr Au is by far the best! He is kind, personable, compassionate and keeps eye contact while speaking. He listens attentively and is very knowledgeable. He answers every question or concern I may have. He explains every detail for my plan of care. I like his honest, professional opinions. He has helped me tremendously during the entirety of my breast cancer and reconstruction journey. I recommend him to everyone needing his expertise. Thank you Dr Au and all of your wonderful staff members.

From the moment I walked into Dr Au's office I was greeted with a smile and escorted to his office and then greeted again. It was a wonderful experience and of course I just love Dr Au and his mannerism, he is so professional and shows how much he cares about me his patient for many years . His entire staff were amazing!

Yes, this is about Dr. Au. He did a good job in the beginning when he had to remove something that was in my backside area. But later on, it didn't go too well. Things didn't look right. My butt wasn't quite the same anymore. And when I went back to him, he basically said there wasn't much he could do. I just felt he didn't really listen to me too much. I wanted to see if there was any way for this to be corrected. He really didn't give me much information on anything at all, except for telling me now. Or basically he told me to lose weight, is what he told me. But I went to another person and they gave me other responses. Thanks, bye.
