Dr. Alex did an excellent job of explaining my condition, what was the steps and what can expect from the upcoming testing next. I was very pleased with me visit with Dr. Alex

I was very impressed at how organized and seamless my visit went from start to finish! Dr. Thibodeaux was amazing! He had a great personality. He had my chart reviewed and basically knew my reasons for the visit before I could tell him. He was very knowledgeable and developed a great game plan for me moving forward! He was very accommodating to my work schedule while planning my testing. Helen in reception and his nurse Brittany were both excellent! Their teamwork got me in and out of my appointment in a very timely manner. I was informed of everything I needed to know along the way! I would highly recommend Dr. Thibodeaux!

The way the Doctor talk to you he new what he was doing he explained everything to you ask you if you had any questions made you feel comfortable about what was going to happen

The service of doctor was very excellent. It took the time to answer questions with me very kindful, I would recommend him to everyone. The staff was very, very friendly. They were kind asked if you needed anything told you have a good day at the end of the day. They are the best that I've seen. And the tibonal, regional medical wellness, center, staff and doctor

Dr Thibodeaux reminds me of the doctor that would have as a family doctor a hundred years ago!His presence calms and makes you feel at home.He looks at you not a screen while he speaks with you which .is so important!He dosent judge you rather he listens.I find these qualities rare in our on line era!I would recommend him and his medical staff to anyone!

This was my first visit and I was pleased with every aspect of my visit. The front desk person, the back desk person, the doctor’s assistant and Dr. Thibodaux were all very kind, caring and professional. I arrived on time and saw the doctor within a few minutes once his assistant interviewed me a bit. Great people!

They appeared very organized and were effective overall in attaining and appt for the visit quickly,explaining how to pass on information and images,and reports for the visit and securing followup appts the same day of the appointment! Friendly and thorough frm start to finish!I would recommend them to anyone!

The timeliness of the appointment from the first time I talked to the doctor to the actual test with the doctor. I thought it was real quick that they listen to me. They seen my state of condition and they got me in within a couple of days just want to say thank you to the doctor and his staff.

Dr. Alex helped me tremendously by diagnosing the problem correctly and prescribing the appropriate medication. Ms. Brittany, the nurse, was also very kind and helpful.
