He is the best doctor I have ever had, and that is really saying some thing coming from me. He listens to me, answers my questions and explains things in a way that I can understand. He has a gift!

Dr. Befeler knows my history. He is being proactive with my labs being off and I will be getting labs again in a week. He is investigating if I have a new disease showing its presence through labs.

Dr Befeler is amazingly responsive and thorough. He is not only brilliant but also perceptive, caring and a clear communicator. His patience and level of caring has given me clarity on my journey with chronic liver illness. I feel so thankful to have the SLU team caring for me, and my 13 year old daughter and I pray for them to have the wisdom and energy needed to continue to serve as the outstanding providers they are.
