This was my first visit with my new doctor. He had looked over my chart and went over everything with me. He took his time asked questions, answered my questions and I felt very comfortable with him. I feel that I will be very pleased with having him as my prime care doctor.

On my most recent visit from the time I walked in the door the desk clerk was kind, informative, prompt from the young lady who greeted me to take me back to the exam room. She was very kind, caring professional. And this was my first visit with this doctor and I am very happy with Dr. Kemei. He was professional and listened and gave suggestions and very helpful. I will definitely be glad to have him as my provider.

Dr. Kemei Is a hands-on physician who is easy to talk to Who has a pleasant and good bedside manner. He is my back up Physician who has taken very good care of me. I will continue to see him for the times when I cannot see my VA local provider when I need immediate care

The nurses and the ones answering the phone and Dr Alex Kemei have always treated me very well with a lot of respect when I call with a problem or need something it gets done usually quickly if it's nothing that I have to be seen for ...He tries to always make sure every thing is done right if you have any questions all I have to do is write him in my chart he gets back to me .It didn't usually happen with other Dr I'm really pleased with his care and the care and politiness of his staff and them taking care of my needs as well of my care and making sure my health is on the right track.↑.In the little time I've been in his care he stays on top of his patients health and how there doing and there needs in keeping them healthy .

It was an acute care visit for a sudden issue. Dr Kemei listened to my concerns. He had already reviewed my file and setup for follow-up tests. This was my first visit and look forward to future visits with him as my primary provider.

Dr K made me feel comfortable. He was very knowledgeable, throughal, and patient. What I appreciated most is his sharing his thought process while working through the symptoms and the differences between IBS and divaticulitis.

He was professional and respectful. He was interested in my situation. Asked questions and responded appropriately. Was friendly and accepting. And his treatment plan is working. It was my first visit with him and was pleased with the visit and the outcome.

The staff and Dr were all great and have Great presence with dealing with me as a patient. They all treated me wonderfully, and I’m glad I was able to pick them as my primary care office.

The staff always explains things in a way that the patients will understand fully. They will never let you leave without a full understanding of the care you received and how to continue to care for yourself when you’re home. The staff never makes me feel uneducated or uncomfortable, amazing communication and great bedside manner.
