I appreciated the speed he responded when my test results came in and he did it personally.
Usually an assistant does.
I just hope the next team assigned to my issue is just as responsive.

I'll mainly just reiterate my initial comment: Alex was both technically skilled and easy to talk to. He was prompt and efficient but I never felt rushed. He explained things in plain language and welcomed any questions I had. He also clearly explained the instructions for follow-up care to this procedure.
