Dr. Brown and the staff were excellent. Proper amount of time discussing shoulder issues and came to plan to move forward. I will recommend the doctor to other patients requiring a consult and treatment.
Beyond the medical care, the new office building is terrific.

I called first thing in the morning and by noon I already had been seen, x-rayed, and received a treatment plan - even had education texted from the portal. The physician, x ray tech, and MA were all friendly, informative and positive- important qualities when you're going somewhere because of pain.

Seven Pines is convenient. Dr. Alex Brown was excellent and I am on my way to being better than before thanks to his direction.

I like the friendliness, courtesy and welcoming of the staff, from the front desk clerk to the doctor. My nurse was awesome also as well as the x-ray tech, I appreciated them all. They appeared to like their jobs and treated me like I was a genuine customer. ‘Really liked the Doctor’ most importantly. He listened to and answered my questions and gave me great insight on how to move forward with my issue/concerns. Felt vey comfortable with him as he was just ‘Exceptional’. Thank you all.

Efficiency, friendly staff and doctor. Easy to communicate with. Convenient location. Dr Brown didn't try to suggest treatments that weren't really necessary.

Everything! Dr. Brown was very nice and very thorough in his examination of my hip. We discussed and agreed on a plan to alleviate the problem. The new facility and staff were all very accommodating and I would highly recommend to anyone needing orthopedic therapy.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in process was easy, and Dr. Brown listened and suggested a good plan for treatment. The entire appointment was made to remove any anxiety I might have had.

The staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Brown listens to you and explains his findings. He gives you choices as to how you would like to be treated. For me, the prednisone shot did not hurt when given by him.

Everyone is welcoming and professional. Kendris, Shannon, Joy and Dr Brown have made me feel at ease with their welcoming demeanor. You walk in a patient, you walk out a friend. Highly recommend Dr Brown and the staff. He doesn’t rush you and answers all your questions.

I was able to get an appointment right away and Dr. Brown provided the appropriate treatment in his usual professional manner and I started feeling better the next day!
