Their pre-consultation preparations. I felt they had reviewed my chart prior to meeting with me. They not only listened to my concerns but made the extra efforts to document them on my chart. I felt very well listen to.

The doctor was very polite, concerned and thorough, he's a good man. The nurse was also very thorough and kind, she really put me at ease. The ladies at the desk were very welcoming and personable. I had to have x-rays taken and the x-ray tech was such a nice man. It was very hard for me to hold some of the poses that were needed and he did all he could to make it easier for me. It was a good experience all the way around, very professional. Thank you.

I live in Sherwood just 20 minutes north of Little Rock. SEARCY is an hour drive from my house. I have been treated for something in every hospital in the Little Rock area. I will return to and tell everyone I know about how great the hospital and staff are in SEARCY. I thought caring people were a thing of the past. Thanks again for a great experience.

Dr Baker sit down with me and told me my options and he didn't rush to try to get out of there like other doctors I've been to. He seemed really concerned

As a 71 yr old, I appreciate the understanding of my concern of pain and losing my independence of my daily activities. He gave me options of treatments and did not rush while I made my decision.

My injury was a month past the better time for cementing the break so Dr. baker is ordering another MRI for Dr. [ ] and hisself to study and decide best procedure to proceed with. I am the caregiver for my wife so their help to make me better is much appreciated.

All went good so I can’t think of a improvement off hand.

Dr. Baker showed that he cared about my medical situation and that he explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and he made me feel better in knowing that my medical concerns were very important to him.

The love and care shown to me was outstanding. It's the one thing I have found that is exceptional compared to any other place I've been for service.

I feel safe knowing Dr. Baker is getting me the right testing he also took my leg and back pain seriously. He understands the importance of getting this tested so I can begin healing.
