Excellent service started when I arrived and checked in. After a short wait I was escorted to the exam room and the nurse completed the required tasks (temp and blood pressure, etc.) Dr. Awuku arrived shortly thereafter.

I really like this doctor, but I don't like the practice because now he'll be leaving and I won't have a chance to have a relationship with him as I would with a regular doctor. So that's the real drawback, is that the doctors don't stay, so you can't have a relationship with them. Thank you.

I was there for an hour and waited the majority of that hour for the Dr. Dr was with me for 10 minutes. This is unacceptable. I will be looking for a new provider.

Yes, the doctor at the Jersey Coast Family Medicine was very great, very efficient, and very helpful. I do not recommend Hackensack Meridian Health for anybody because I've had bad experiences numerous times when I should have actually litigated against them. So that's my thing. But the Jersey Coast Family Medicine is OK, and they've done a good job. But Hackensack Millennium is not a favorite. OK?
