I cannot say enough about the care and perfection of the doctors and staff at HSS.
As soon as you arrive you are greeted by a gentleman who directs you to check in.
You are immediately assisted and taken for xraye or test in less than 5 minutes and promptly escorted to your doctor ‘s office.
It is a well oiled machine.
HSS is the hospital you want to care for your needs.
They are best of the best are employed at HSS.
Your doctor will provide you with all information and knowledge you need to know about your surgery, medication chronic pain and what to expect when you are discharged. They will provide outpatient care,nursing care, physical therapy.
I am so happy I choose Dr Alberto Cali to perform my surgery.
I tell all my friends and neighbors this is the hospital and doctor you need to handle your surgery.

In radiology I asked about getting images of both knees and was told I only needed one. Then I was sent back for a second xray. The radiologist should have checked.

Dr Carli very knowledgeable, very kind and very caring. The X-ray staff also excellent. Actually brought me in for the x-rays 15 minutes earlier than my appointment. The young man that escorted me to the room was very helpful after finding out that the second type of x-ray had not been ordered and actually spoke to the doctor to get the x-ray order. This prevented the need for me to come back again for the needed x-ray. It was very much appreciated.

Dr. Carli gave me my life back. Prior to my surgeries, I was basically a cripple and resigned myself to the fact that I’d have very little quality of life for the rest of my life.
Dr. Carli gave back to me a quality of life I never dreamed as possible. The man and his team do God‘s work. What Dr. Carli achieved is just short of being a genuine miracle. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Carli and his people. Thank you Dr. Carli for giving me my life back.

Dr Alberto Carli was immediately in contact when my emergency occurred. I was constantly updated on my care, my surgery date/time, what the next steps would be. He ALWAYS made time for any concerns/questions. He genuinely cares and has a passion for his field. Absolute incredible surgeon who goes above and beyond.

Dr Carli was excellent throughout the process explaining everything in detail and his videos. He came to the Recovery room and showed me an X-ray picture of what he had done and explained that the surgery went well

Very Professional and the only surgeon, out of the 9 surgeons I met, who asked that I record, with my iPhone, his discussion of the procedure he was going to perform on my knee and the repair he needed to perform. I feel that if the need for another procedure on my right knee becomes necessary, Dr. Alfonso Carli would be seriously considered. It always comes down to availability, and Dr. Carli, through divine intervention, made himself available at a crucial time.

Dr Carli made time for my questions pre and post surgery and by the xray Pic he showed me post I could see his excellent skills at cleaning up my joint which was a mess and getting perfect alignment of my new TKA. I am very happy with the results
