I sincerely appreciated Dr. Serota's interest in my medical history, the time she took meeting with me, not rushing the conversation, the recommendations she made for my care and treatment, and her immediate follow-up on the portal. She exhibited a desire to find medical solutions and to give me confidence that my health was a priority for her.

Dr Serota is a very caring, supportive and brilliant physician who truly responds with understanding and interest. She explained everything, answered all questions and makes herself available for any inquiry after the visit. She is also very responsive when test results and lab work are received.
