Dr. Urkowitz was on time and treated me with kindness, respect and professionalism. He was very aware of my health conditions and concerns. He spent a while discussing all my medications and listened to all mt issues regarding my health. I am so happy to have him as my PCP.

For all the years that I have seen Dr. Urkowitz, he has always listened to my concerns and provided me with excellent recommendations. I trust Dr. Urkowitz 100% and have to say that he has been the best Primary Care Doctor that I have ever seen in my 76 years of life. The staff is nothing less than professional, extremely efficient, and treats me like a longtime friend.

Always a pleasant experience with my doctors and his entire staff. Always welcome with a smile and a welcomed greeting. Was able to see my doctor at the scheduled time with no waiting. Always appreciate Dr. Urkowitz and his willingness to listen to my cares and concerns and receiving his follow-ups with my meds and health concerns. Many happy years with the times spent with this doctor and staff.

The doctor spent five minutes with me. I explained to him that I'd been sick for a week, that my wife was extremely sick. I'd been there in that same office earlier that day, was diagnosed with pneumonia, had an x-ray done and was sent home for medication. I had been coughing and cold, asked if they were going to do any tests whatsoever, a COVID test, any sort of disease test, any kind of x-ray. No, no, no, you're fine, you're fine. If you get worse, call us back out the door. So basically nothing. Took my blood pressure, my weight, and my height, and sent me on my way. It's a week later, I'm still not any better. My wife is barely any better. I'm not even sure she was properly diagnosed and treated well. And you guys are just a factory and you don't care about patients at all. And we pretty much hate virtual. So thanks for nothing.

I appreciate the time that is spent with me and answering any questions I have! As we get older sometimes we need a few extra minutes to address our health and I never feel like I'm being rushed to get done my appointment! Appreciate the respect that is given to me and I also return it to the staff at Virtua as well!

Dr Urkowitz has been my PCP long before he became part of Virtua's medical team. He always includes me in decisions regarding my treatment.

Dr URKOWITZ is always very knowledgeable, shows genuine concern, is very attentive, and is very thorough in his evaluations. He replies very promptly to me even when I ask questions via the portal. I am very satisfied with my care under him. The office staff is wonderful, too, especially [REDACTED], whom I have known for a long time-- since she worked for Wedgewood Family Practice in Sewell. She is the best!
