Dr. Vaval was very late due to other complex patients before me. As such, the appointment seemed rushed. However, I like Dr. Vaval very much. He is thorough and explains things clearly.

Through no fault of his.he was delayed one hour. So, I had to wait. I really wanted the visit at the Albany office but it would had been more than the time he wanted to see me again, so I had to go to Clifton Park.

Through standard follow up to emergency and complicated procedures, he explains, guides, and makes sure you are informed and understand all aspects of your care plan.

The office was very busy. After the nurse checked my meds, took my BP, etc. it was 30 min. before Doctor came in! told me I was doing good, BP was good, etc. It's been over a year since I've seen him, usually an EKG has been done?? I guess Doctor was happy with what he had done & I'm good.

I never feel rushed during my appointment. I feel like Dr Vaval wants to make sure that they understand everything before I walk out that door we’re all on the same page and he takes as much time as is necessary to assure that.
