Hire more office staff to handle incoming calls. Waiting ‘on hold’ for 20-45 minutes is unreasonable.

unfortunately some of the data, ekgs and documents were not availble because the system was down, or not accessible by him. Fortunately I am an NP myself and was able to give a history of why I was appointed.
