My feedback is MyChart based. My provider is amazing. I love having her as my provider. She does listen. The only criticism I would say is someone could have jumped into the video to let me know the provider was running behind. My appointment time, I think she joined about eight minutes late, which I know may not sound late, but to be staring at a telehealth lounge screen for about 12 minutes because I did join my video visit early, it would have been courtesy for someone to jump on just to let ?

Thank you. I am very grateful to have her as my doctor and I'm grateful that you have her as one of your doctors. Please take good care of her. She's taking good care of me and I'm somebody who's going to be 87 years old in a few months and I have to stay with her till the end. Thank you.

Dr Amankwaah and the nurse that assisted her were very personable. I have to say they made my appointment very relaxed and enjoyable. It's not everyday you can say that when you go to the doctors. Thank you Doctor!

My Doctor is amazing, she always make me feel so comfortable and she show that she really care. I wouldn't change her for the world. And the staff is very friendly, when you walk through those door, they make you feel comfortable also.

She didn't respect my answer no,I don't have to explain my reasoning of a choice I make for my life...I don't trust her,because I just meant her,I told her no,she put in her notes, I will think about it, when I said NO! Then she ordered blood work and didn't explain what the test were for, the summary had these on the list that she didn't discuss with me at all..so there for its a lie,I was very concerned about the medication im on for blood pressure, and I don't like my results of my visit at all...

Everyone was very helpful except for the medical tech. She didn't seem like she was having a good day. I was not pleased with how she checked my blood pressure. She didn't seemed to care about getting an accurate measurement.

I love Dr A she is kind and listens to me She's smart, thoughtful, and frankly the best doctor I've had in a group and a very long time I've been going there forever. Also, the team is friendly and kind, and I had a problem with the prescription and they went above and beyond to help me.

I originally called to cancel my appointment but asked if I would like to change it to a video call. This was very helpful to me because my husband had recently been placed on hospice care and I could not leave him. I thank them very much.

I just want to say, that you staff there is always very polite. And most of all Dr Ajoa. O. Amankwaah, she is amazing, aways very caring making sure that I am doing good. And very good listener, to my needs . I highly recommend my doctor to everyone and I always feel comfortable when I come to the office.
