The NP Shelly was great! Very nice, welcoming, comforting, and answered my questions. She made me feel welcome and definitely made up for the office staff who all were not very friendly, welcoming or nice. They all looked miserable and they didn’t look like they wanted to help me.

My appointment was on 11:00 and Np shelly came to me at 12:25 , so whats the purpose to make a appointment if they goona see you late .it was so frustating movement just sit in room for hour to wait for dr just for 2 minutes appointment and i missed my work too. Everybody have their own schedule not just doctor they can do whatever they want , we are paying them its not free to see us. Thank you

I attempted to follow up on a prescription problem for a substitute meds because my pharmacy didn't have the meds. I waited on the telephone for over an hour and half. No one every answered. I still don't have my meds.
