My NP made me feel heard. She seemed very genuine and didn't make me feel rushed. She was trying to understand me and my health history.

Aida's approach is thorough, open and friendly. She takes time to not only review my full health care history and discuss care options, but equally importantly, she takes time to get to know me personally, which is extremely refreshing! She's a lovely individual.

Professional, courteous, friendly, attentive, efficient. Listened and gave feedback and resolution, took the time to thoroughly examine and not rush appointment. Easy to communicate with and felt really at ease and comfortable during the examination process. Truly understood issues and concerns and was very caring.
