Dr. Guo either has a remarkable memory or reviews very detailed notes, because she is able to recall/talk with me about minor things that we spoke about at previous appointments. I don't know how she does this with all her patients, but she makes me feel like she really cares.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gou’s for many years. She is an outstanding dermatologist and has helped alleviate my skin issues. She is a good listener and communicator and very patient and empathetic. She had gone out of her way several times to find resources for less expensive medicine options for my treatment.
