Maqsood hung up phone when entering room, no introduction or greeting, and also took phone call during my appointment, was rude, uncaring, distracted, distracted, gave me 3 options for treatment and then sat back, folded his arms and said "what do you want to do?" My appointment was about my HEART but yet time spent was less than 15 minutes. After a few short minutes, he got up, opened door, turned around and said 'take 81 mg aspirin' . I replied that I was already taking that and he left the room. WAS HE DONE? WAS NURSE COMING IN? SHOULD WE GO? WHAT???? Too bad he is one of few heart doctors at Mercy One. . .he does not deserve to see patients and I hope to never see him again.

It was my first time seeing him and I was nervous about what was gonna happen and why he felt I needed to have certain test. He didn't spend much time explaining much to me

Dr told me they would call me to set up an echo. I ended up having to call them and finally got an echo set up 5 months after my dr appointment

I was told I would be contacted to schedule tests that I needed done. 10 days later I have not heard from anyone

He had not looked at the echocardiogram that was done the previous day. Was expecting an immediate review of the results. Felt he was unprepared for this appointment.
