Assured following this plan I would be successful. He Was happy, upbeat. Explained how protein burns carbs etc how food works . Keep track - follow plan. It’s all documented. I’m very happy and pleased with success. My friends family are surprised. Bless him for changing my life

Dr. Ahmed has been my doctor for 3 years and I have NEVER felt uncomfortable with him. He tells you "Like it is", he "pulls no punches", and if he feels you are NOT giving 100% of your effort to help, he is NOT shy about asking you, "why am I here? I CANNOT help you if you do not listen to what I say and do the work"!!

He’s literally the nicest and most understanding provider for weight management I’ve ever had. He explains things in a way that are easy understand such as medication options and side effects. He truly values his patients time and makes sure to spend plenty of time with them making sure they understand everything they discuss. He and his office staff never judged me or got upset if didn’t quite hit my goals on weight loss. The whole office treats as a whole person not just a number.
