It has been a very positive experience for me to be cared for by the RGH staff at every point of interaction. From the ones who answer the phones making appointments and the busy folks behind the hospital front desk and the front desks for the clinics, to the nurses, clinicians running lab tests, the surgical team, and NP’s and MD’s, it’s been amazing. All have been friendly, helpful, supportive, attentive and professional. I have felt heard as a patient and adjustments made for my specific needs. There was such a positive vibe from the RGH staff as I came in for care over a period of 4 months. RGH seems to cultivate an excellent work culture that results in excellent patient care. What a jewel to have in our city, county, and region!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the offices and the nurses at the hospital were amazing!! Overall was GREAT!!!

Dr. Othman and his staff are amazing in every possible way! I prefer this Specialty Clinic over the many I have just been to. Roosevelt General and Dr. Othman are outstanding and I feel very confident when using them. Thank goodness Kaye [ ] and RGH / Portales recognized the need for this Clinic in Clovis. This is a win win for Clovis!

There is nothing at this time that I would recommend to improve the visit. Dr. Othman and his wonderful staff are so friendly and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of his services, you will receive the best of care.

Dr Othman was very understanding of the mental condition of the patient and advised that we not proceed with a procedure. He could have taken advantage and spent our money but instead chose to recommend a conservative approach. We very much appreciate it. It's easy to recommend a doctor that isn't too aggressive when it is in the best interest of the patient.

Karen RN and Veronica RN on the medical floor were amazing. There was a gentleman there that took care of me as well. I can't remember his name. I'm a hard stick and he did the IV . I was impressed. Thank you to all staff members that took care of me.
