As I have previously mentioned in a previous survey doctor Sivaganesan was very patient knowledgeable. understanding my situation,and explained my situation in detail discussing it with me in detail, and he and his staff should be commended on their performances at HSS I would definitely recommend HSS with particular Regard to Dr. Siva and his staff

Dr Sivaganesan One of the better doctors I’ve met in Naples having been in the medical industry myself for 30 years. I have a lot to compare him too, and I would refer anyone to him. That would be a possibility, his medical staff, including his PA Bryan and all the clerks Kim, Mike [ ] we’re all very knowledgeable and very personable and instructing and advising any questions that I had not asked the doctor HSS should be very proud of the people you have employed, including the physical therapy people especially my physical therapist Beth. [ ] she was also very knowledgeable and related physical instructions that I should avoid and also that I should continue. I have other doctors that I will be seeing at HSS and I shall be glad to report and I thank all of them for their time and patience.

Dr. Sivaganesan impressed me as very knowlegeable in his medical specialty and possessed excellent communication skills without talking down to a patient. He seems to understand that good communication begins with good listening. He also demonstrated the ability to quickly understand my [ ] concern and to recommend / set up the next steps ([ ], consultation with a neurologist). He also took the initiative to order my [ ] before he saw me and later in the same day review those [ ] and publish his observations to me. This is the quickest medical attention/communication that I've ever experienced from an MD. Very impressive.

Dr. Ahilan Sivaganesan listened to me describe my symptoms and previous diagnosis and asks pertinent questions and performed a few assessments/tests like manual muscle test, Hoffman Sign. He correctly described what the tests were for. He gave recommendations for treatment plan that I agreed with. And he is a competent and conservative Neurosurgeon. I am so thankful that he accepts my insurance(I will change next year). And finally I’m do thankful that he is part of my healthcare team.

The staff were kind and helpful. The building is awesome! Dr. Ahilan Sivaganesan listened to what my [ ] were and performed a few assements/tests and explained his recommendations in a professional but kind manner. His advice and plan of treatment was in alignment with my own impression. I was able to easily schedule my appointments at facility and felt like there was a excellent care plan in place.

From consultation to my first [ ], I was treated like a priority and with absolute care. Bill in [ ] was particularly attentive to my [ ] gave excellent advice and connected with me to start a plan to get me back to the activities I miss due to my [ ]. That means more to me than anything. Everyone from reception, the Medical assistant, the radiology guys, the PA, and doctor, were friendly caring and have a clear plan for me. I have held off on seeking medical care, because I am used to a much different approach. HSS is obviously different and I am relived and hopeful. That’s a breath of fresh air and a positive reinforcement for me. I typically hate seeking help. Let alone medical help. So well done, for real!

Dr. Sivaganesan continues to be thorough in investigating what is happening and isn’t rushing to a [ ]. He said “we are here to do something FOR you not TO you” I respect that approach. I feel cared for which is rare in the medical world.
