This was my first visit with Dr. Carter. She is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable physicians I've ever come in contact with. Not only did she assess me thoroughly, she had a plan for my care, and she provided patient education throughout the entire experience. I'm so grateful I was sent to her and I have total faith in her ability to provide great care for me as my PCP!
