Hello, this is [PHI]. Every time I go to Virtua Health Center on Brace Road, everybody is nice to us. They know what they're doing. They're real kind. I was a patient at Optum primary care who abruptly closed the doors and cancelled my annual physical. Everyone was wonderful at virtua. Scheduling my appointment was easy. The check in desk was helpful and welcoming. My MA who took me to the exam room was friendly and professional. I can't say enough about how wonderful Adrianne the NP who saw me was. Very professional, friendly and great listener. I would highly recommend her! The whole transition went so smooth.

This was my "new pt visit"! From the ladies at the front desk to the nursing staff, I was pleasantly impressed. Thank You Adrianne Ortega for taking so much time with me and not making me feel rushed to share my extensive history. You really listened to me and that just meant so much. It was a good experience. I am happy that Virtua has this wellness center set up where you have many services under one roof. It makes it so much easier for us seniors to have everything centrally located versus running all over South Jersey for every appointment, including radiology and lab.
