Dr. pristas is very nice. He spends time with you and answers questions and explains things so you understand. He does not rush. However, the reception staff told me to sign a form electronically but was unable to explain the form to me. I asked what it meant and for a copy and he told me he could not print it. The person who did the vitals prior to seeing the doctor acted like she was doing me a favor.

I cant really give an accurate rating as i only had an initial exam. Tests were ordered on that date. So no treatment yet until after testing. But Dr was nice and did answer most of my questions.

Staff was instrumental in getting some of my services covered by my insurance. They worked diligently on my behalf. Friendly, courteous & very helpful

Needed an appointment due to illness. Staff was able to get me in on the same day I called. Dr. Pristas was patient, thorough, and knowledgeable as always. He truly is the best!
