I should have completed this form as soon as I received it as I don't have a good memory of the visit. I like Dr Halthore a lot. Before we got into the reason I was there, I told him a bit about my dripping nose. He offered an unsolicited suggestion which has helped me tremendously. He is being very cautious about my lungs which I appreciate so much. Or maybe he just likes seeing me (please laugh!)

My husband and I were very impressed with both Dr. Halthore and his resident, [staff]. They were excellent at communication, explaining things very clearly and in an easily-understood manner. They were also kind and thoughtful. We came to this appointment with some significant concerns and they alleviated them completely. We were extremely pleased.
