Cardiologist was well educated, and to be respected for education background, and certification and degrees received. Just not a good fit for me with my focus on wellness vs. Treatment, eastern medicine and physicians focusing on wellness and staying well versus Western medicine focus focusing on relieving symptoms and using ongoing pharmaceutical treatment plans.

Doctor Ganz was very thorough and listened to everything. I had to say without rushing me. I felt that his treatment of what he wanted to see with the test that he ordered was the right thing to do. He was very pleasant to talk to. I'm glad I found him.

The provider did not look at the test results he ordered for me to do before seeing me, he asked if I did the test, that means he did not look at my chart and yest results

The technician who applied my heart monitor explained everything, explained everything before and after the visit, and the doctor explained everything during the visit. So my daughter and I left feeling very competent. Thank you.

Dr. Ganz involves me in decisions concerning some non essential medications I'm taking post heart attack. Also advises me on things I can do to keep heart healthy such as diet and exercise.

Since I've been going to virtual cardiology it has always been the same. Both staff and doctors treat you with respect as an individual and are very friendly and professional.

Dr Ganz used a voice recording app and it was so nice because he looked me in the eyes and talked to me. He made me feel very comfortable. He was knowledgeable and kind.

This was a difficult thing to score because this was my first visit with Dr. Ganz. So everyone was respectful. The doctor was great, but this was his first visit with me, so he could not happen to know all of my history. But what he did know in his bedside manner was actually very good.
