Dr Addison never fails to spend a very fair amount of time with me. Talking to me, looking at me not just the computer. I feel he really cares. I have many friends over the years who thankfully have been accepted by Dr Addison as patients. I always, HIGHLY recommend him.

I feel Dr Addison takes a personal interest in how I am doing. I never feel rushed or that he is rushed. Listens to my opinions and does not try to force options upon me. Offers options, we discuss and then he respects my decison.

Dr Addison is very busy. But I felt like he wasn't really listening to me. Regarding the dizziness medication. He didn't want me to take off work. But my job requires driving and heavy lifting. Also felt I would have benefited by the antibiotic sooner . Rather than waiting

Dr. Addison was very prepared and conscious of any concerns I shared. He was proactive in communicating and scheduling additional care for the season ahead, in light of my history and future.

Marie Richards is who I typically see; she couldnt get me in but addressed my concern and was able to have Dr Addison squeeze me in prior to the weekend as he was concerned in addressing my concerns so I wouldn't worry all weekend...both went above and beyond service level!
