I had a great experience! I had to schedule a few months out and wait time in the waiting room was about 30 minutes, but the actual appointment was excellent.

Only that this was my 3rd visit, and still no positive diagnosis. My intern has never before seen a case as mine. I am pleased with her trying to script what may help. Just hoping for an answer!

In the past, it has been a pretty even split in my experiences with UAB medicine. Half the time I feel as though I am being treated in a dismissive manner as though I am just a number.
Yesterday was not the case. I was extremely grateful for the care that was provided by each member of the staff that I interacted with, from the doctors, to the observers, to the front desk staff.
It was an excellent experience and I'm very appreciative.

This was my first time seeing a dermatologist. My experience was great. The doctor was very kind and caring. She made me feel extremely comfortable and she was very knowledgeable. I definitely feel like she's a medical professional that I can actually trust, and that's saying a lot!
