Dr Adams was one of the most comfortable doctors to talk to and discuss my issues or concerns with, that I have had in a very very long time.
The speed at which she was able to get my labs done and results back was incredible.

Everyone who interacted with me during my appointment was very professional and friendly. I've been a patient at Alton Multi-Specialists for many years and have never had a bad experience.

The medication i was prescribed was exactly what I needed. The swelling in my eye started going down after my first dose. As of today the swelling is completely gone.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. Everything thing and everyone was perfect. I received excellent care. I receive excellent care every visit. Thank you very much.

Kara Adams Was excellent and explaining things to us about it condition ran test that she felt was appropriate already received one test back and will do more test next Wednesday

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Kara was fantastic. She did listen to my concerns and my reluctance to use any type of narcotics. My preferences were also important to her, which makes all the difference. When I know that my needs and desires are just as important to my caregiver that gives me a sense of trust that you just can’t put a price on. I would absolutely wish her well in all her future endeavors, and it would seem that she would have much to offer any facility.

Karra was outstanding! She was very concise and thorough explaining my medication to me, definitely will schedule follow-ups with her.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
She explained that if she could not get large amt of ear wax removed from near my ear drum I would have to see ENT Dr to have it removed. She got it and I can hear. Really liked the nurse.
