The lady at the front desk, after I informed her that, I was coming from Sebring which it is approximately two hours from Fort Myers, she offered me a cup of coffee. She was very friendly, courteous and professional. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. Also the doctor was very nice in explaining everything to me referencing my health issue

Yes, Dr. Adamczak's staff was great, her assistant and the staff checking me out, the doctor, everyone excelled at delivering great care, thorough analysis, clear communication with options, and clear aftercare, with a follow-up call. I think it ran smoothly from start to finish. Well done team.

The thing that struck me the most was the competency that she and her team demonstrated during my visit. It made me feel hopeful

I was impressed by the caring nature of all of the people I interacted with during my visit: Camille who took my vitals, Rick who summarized my story, and the reassuring nature exhibited by Dr Adamczak.

I don't know the name but the nurse that came in and got all the information on me you know she went through all the meds I take and all the other Dr and what they say and what they are saying and doing now and in the future planning. She showed me the the need to know what is going on with me my meds and Dr's and what they say and doing and the reason they are prescribed the RX's and what they are doing (the RX's) with my body. She was making a great effort to know everything (DR wise) about me

Dr. Adamczak continued interest in Kenny and his recovery is remarkable to us and inspiring. Her expertise has guided us through this journey and we value her guidance. We respect her knowledge, honest guidance while still showing a warm heart. She is exceptional.

I was treated with courtesy, care, and respect by the entire staff prior to my surgery and for the five days in the hospital. I was so pleased with the nursing staff that I wrote a thank you card and mailed to them. Dr. Adamczak was recommended highly by Dr. Dusseau for the lumbar fusion surgery that was successfully performed on December 11, 2025. They both deserve recognition of their excellence as surgeons and treatment of me as a patient. They shared a genuine Interest In my concerns about this surgery and potential options for relieving my chronic and severe pain.

Dr Adamczak and the pa were very clear on what's been accomplished and how to proceed. (Supported my massage and dry needling as well as offering to set up pt ). They were very positive about my progress and made me feel like I had done the best that I could.

Dr. Adamczak was great. Very caring and explained things so I could understand. She allowed my daughter to listen in by phone. She is an ER physician in DC and had the same feelings that my wife and I did. She made me feel like there is hope for my issues.
