The PA before seeing the Doctor was excellent. I absolutely loved her , so informative, professional. The surgeon was also so professional, informative explained everything in detail. Not rushed. Loved her compared to some neurosurgeon I’ve come across. That team is number one

The surgeon was very good in explaining what she could do for me [ ] and giving me her honest opinion that she did not feel that I would get the outcome that I wanted from the [ ]. I have other issues that would continue to cause me [ ] so it would not be [ ] from the [ ] which was a [ ]. She did have [ ] which she was able to show me exactly what my issues were and what she could potentially correct.

Oh, my! What a lovely doctor and staff! I had some serious concerns and was treated as if they cared. I felt comfortable to say what were my problems and they listened. So closely. At this time, I’m won’t be having [ ], but everyone explained trhings so that I can make my decision. They were very honest with me and I really appreciated that.

I couldn't recommend highly enough Dr Adamczak and her entire staff at Lee Health. She has been both professionally excellent and comfortably personal able in explaining the lumbar fusion surgery I was about to undergo. The surgical results have been incredible as well! I was having crippling sciatica in both legs before surgery and it has completely resolved. It has now been 6 months since surgery and although the recovery has been slow, at 71, what can you expect? Dr Adamczak was very forthright in realistically explaining this and therefore managing my expectations. Please, if you are considering any kind of neurosurgery, go in for a consultation.

Everyone in the clinic were excellent. The little nurse who took me to the roon was exceptinal. She was as sweet as could be. She made me feel confident in Dr. Adamczak. And when meeting Dr. A....I definately knew what she meang....kind, knowledgeable, understanding.

Amanda at the front desk was so helpful and has such a kind, friendly, warm personality. Also she helped us on the [ ]. I loved her, you are so honored to have someone like Amanda on your staff. Also Sue was our nurse, what a joy to meet. Most importantly Dr. Adamczak is my lifesaver. I am walking and enjoying life due to my [ ]. Anyone with [ ], I give them Dr. Adamczaks name. I will never see another surgeon. She is the smartest and most talented Dr. at Lee.

Everyone in the office was kind, courteous and helpful. They got us in to see Dr. Adamczak in a very timely manner. The front office was wonderful. Richard [ ] was fantastic explaining and examining and testing me and Dr. Adamczak calmly explaining my situation and the course of action that had been taken and her thoughts on present and future action and expectations were very settling. She has a reputation of excellence and I think she lived up to it. I feel very fortunate that she is my attending physician.
