I was treated with courtesy, care, and respect by the entire staff prior to my surgery and for the five days in the hospital. I was so pleased with the nursing staff that I wrote a thank you card and mailed to them. Dr. Adamczak was recommended highly by Dr. Dusseau for the lumbar fusion surgery that was successfully performed on December 11, 2025. They both deserve recognition of their excellence as surgeons and treatment of me as a patient. They shared a genuine Interest In my concerns about this surgery and potential options for relieving my chronic and severe pain.

Dr Adamczak and the pa were very clear on what's been accomplished and how to proceed. (Supported my massage and dry needling as well as offering to set up pt ). They were very positive about my progress and made me feel like I had done the best that I could.

Dr. Adamczak was great. Very caring and explained things so I could understand. She allowed my daughter to listen in by phone. She is an ER physician in DC and had the same feelings that my wife and I did. She made me feel like there is hope for my issues.

Dr. Adamczak is an amazing person and an excellent doctor. She is also performing miracles. Because what she does during [ ] is nothing less than miracles. She produced such a miracle with my wife who can't barley [ ] before the [ ]. Now, after a complicated [ ] performed by Dr. Adamczak she can walk again without any [ ]. So , I can say that Dr. Adamczak is also a magician !

Every person I interacted with was great. They were friendly and introduced themselves and their title, so I knew to whom I was speaking. Each explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions. They made me feel important, like I mattered to them. Dr. Adamczak performed my [ ] that I had put off for over a decade due to fear. She did a phenomenal job! I must have been waiting for her to get old enough to take care of mešš„°. Before I left I was told that I ābelongedā to them and shouldnāt be afraid to call if I need anything. That was so kind. Iām so glad I found that office!!

The surgeon was very good in explaining what she could do for me [ ] and giving me her honest opinion that she did not feel that I would get the outcome that I wanted from the [ ]. I have other issues that would continue to cause me [ ] so it would not be [ ] from the [ ] which was a [ ]. She did have [ ] which she was able to show me exactly what my issues were and what she could potentially correct.

Oh, my! What a lovely doctor and staff! I had some serious concerns and was treated as if they cared. I felt comfortable to say what were my problems and they listened. So closely. At this time, Iām wonāt be having [ ], but everyone explained trhings so that I can make my decision. They were very honest with me and I really appreciated that.

I couldn't recommend highly enough Dr Adamczak and her entire staff at Lee Health. She has been both professionally excellent and comfortably personal able in explaining the lumbar fusion surgery I was about to undergo. The surgical results have been incredible as well!
I was having crippling sciatica in both legs before surgery and it has completely resolved. It has now been 6 months since surgery and although the recovery has been slow, at 71, what can you expect? Dr Adamczak was very forthright in realistically explaining this and therefore managing my expectations.
Please, if you are considering any kind of neurosurgery, go in for a consultation.

Everyone in the clinic were excellent. The little nurse who took me to the roon was exceptinal. She was as sweet as could be. She made me feel confident in Dr. Adamczak. And when meeting Dr. A....I definately knew what she meang....kind, knowledgeable, understanding.
