EVERYONE from beginning to end were absolutely fantastic. Dr Adamczak is an angel sent to me from God. I have been an [ ] for 45 years and have had exposure to too many Neuro Surgeons to count, both professionally & as a patient. I choose her to perform my very [ ] and I will never regret my decision.

Dr. Adamczak, When I had my [ ], back in June, she knew I had just [ ], had [ ], and just going through a lot. At this follow up, (she has always done this since I met her in 2022) she asked me how I was doing and showed she cared about me as a person not just a patient bringing in revenue. I also love the fact that she shows you your test results and explains them thoroughly. The front staff is also always friendly!

Dr. Adamczak and here entire staff was so nice and profesional and explained everything to me so l understood clearly the severity of my back needing [ ] immediately [ ] and the Schedualing department handled everything so smoothly l am total satified with care received for this practice!!!

The entire office is tremendous. Always friendly, helpful and professional. Dr.Adamczak leads the way and her team follows her lead. Very impressed by everyone I have came in contact with during my medical experience with this team. I would highly reccommend this practice.

The Entire staff upon arriving were all professional and caring. Thank you so much for such caring people. My visit with Dr Adamzack is always emotional for me because she shows you that she cares enough to take her time to explain what's going on with you , she makes you smile when everything looks chaotic. She explains the reality of your situation always making you feel at peace knowing that no matter what everything will be ok. She is an angel She is amazing and every visit I get with her is emotional for me because there are not many Drs. Who care enough to validate thier patients and what they are going through. Im sure there are others that stand in her same shoes. But for me she's the best neurosurgeon in SW FL She's professional and she's an angel to me. She saved my life and I'll forever be grateful for her gift in neurosurgery. She is an incredible human bein. To all the Drs who do an outstanding Job like Dr Adamzack. Thank You. Her patient [ ].

Dr. Adamzak went above and beyond in making sure I had the best care possible. It was a difficult, close to 2 year long ordeal and she stuck with me to make sure I had the best outcome possible. I’m truly thankful for her.

Dr. Adamczak and her office staff are great communicators and she is a great surgeon. I suffered a [ ] from a fall at home. After [ ] and diagnostic [ ] , she performed an [ ] to prevent further injury to the [ ]. Her care [ ] was excellent and her recommendation for [ ] allowed me to recover the use of my [ ], to walk again with good balance, to have [ ] and to enjoy my family. Thank you for caring for me . Dr. Adamczak has done a tremendous job from beginning till our last visit. The results from the [ ] she provided have exceeded my expectations to this point and I cannot wait till I am totally healed. Her assistant Carly has been so professional in responding to all of the messages I have sent to her and keeping me informed of all of my post op to do and not to do treatment. I would recommend this team highly.

Everyone was warm, caring and patient. Dr. A REALLY TOOK HER TIME!!! I thought I was going to have a [ ], but Dr. A saw something more important in my [ ]. She really explained & showed on the [ ] was more important at this time. Also, she showed the [ ] does need to be addressed but, not until I've [ ] from the first. I am So Pleased to have had this encounter with this Dr. & her excellent staff!

Dr Adamczak was she goes without saying was terrific from beginning to end. Answering all questions. Her skills were amazing. I also can’t say enough about Carley [ ] her PA. Always getting back to me in short Oder. Front desk was terrific.

Enjoyed my first visit with Dr Adamczak. She was well prepared to discuss my case with me. She was very professional and attending. She gave me options without pushing me in one direction or another. I look forward to my next visit to discuss further. Her staff was very helpful down to the first encounter on the phone.
