The staff is always very friendly and helpfull but truly disappointed that Dr. Bagley is leaving

Dr Bagley is awesome! He is personable and listens to me. Amy Walker in the Infusion lab is great! She makes me feel comfortable and has a good reporte with every client that walks in. She doesn't have to ask their name, somehow she remembers everyone and greets all with a comforting smile!

I can contact the office easily and talk to someone and not a machine. Also, I like how the doctor and staff are attentive and friendly to me and my wife.

Took them four months to return my call then the quickest appointment was four months out. I had a 7:15am appt and even though it seemed I was there alone I sat in my room for 30 mins waiting for the doctor, meanwhile I could hear him talking to a coworker about personal matters. I made an early appt so I could make it back to work on time and I was very disappointed on the lack of consideration. Dr spoke extremely quick and told me this was a hello and good bye because we had resigned.

Clean office with polite personnel. Doctor Bagley is a caring professional. He is up to date on current treatments and goes the extra step to get insurance to provide medications.

You run your staff and your doctors off by working them too hard. Get enough staff and doctors and give them more time off. Stop making so many demands on them.
