Upon entering the facility I was greeted cheerfully and treated kindly. I had little to no wait for my appointment. Dr. Taylor and nurse Rebecca were professional and friendly! This was my first appointment at the Hoover facility and I was very pleased!

They almost let me leave without getting x-rays. I had to go back in and ask. Then everything was fine, but going downtown is stressful and I am glad I didn't have to go another day for preliminary tests.
