From the moment you walk in you are greeted and assisted. The admin staff, nurses and doctor are so kind and take the time you need with you. Cleanliness is excellent!

Thank you for adding the Hoover location. Wait time is never over 5 - 10 min. Dr. Taylor is very attentive to my questions and concerns regarding my health. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I would LOVE to see a location in Tuscaloosa or West Alabama. Please! So many friends would like to go to UAB Rheumatology but it is just too far.

Dr. Adam Taylor has been treating me for arthritis in my hands. Several notes- first, he has a very pleasant personality and has taken his time when examining me and my hands. Also, of primary importance is that the results have been great with the prescribed meds, etc. Wait time is very reasonable, especially when compared to some peers.
I could not be happier with my results and experience here.

Excellent customer service, with a staff that genuinely cares. This medical center is exceptionally well-organized. I was particularly impressed with their policy of asking patients to ensure staff are washing their hands—a practice that other medical facilities should adopt. This center truly sets a high standard. Dr. Taylor was outstanding—kind, caring, and attentive. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, demonstrating excellent bedside manners.

Because I have been very satisfied with their services. My only negative was the length of time between booking the appt. & the actual visit. When one is experiencing significant pain, having to wait 2 months is not pleasant.

I had virtually no wait time. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. This was my first time to see Dr. Taylor in rheumatology (I had been a patient of [ ] for two decades); he spent plenty of time with me, and we agreed on a treatment plan that is workable.
