I kinda felt like I lost most of my day from work and didn't get everything done because the treadmill was broken, so now I have to miss another day from work to do what couldn't be done to start with. It's all about communication.... they should've rescheduled me to come when it was fixed (the treadmill)

I enjoy coming to Russell Medical in Alex City as I have always been treated as a valued patient. I'm seen much quicker and feel cared for. This is a much different experience than I've experienced in Montgomery
