I just don't understand the delays. If were late we need to reschedule. When the Dr is late and we're asked to reschedule they go out TWO months.

It is very difficult to contact the office by phone. Staff appear to be too busy to answer the phone. Phone tree is very limited and does not have an option to leave a message.
