I have been alive for 58 years and in that time I had a few doctors and Adam is at the very top of my list he is professional, curious, friendly and explains everything in a way I understand I would recommend him to anyone I know ever time

Again, Dr Kruse and his practitioner are great, the front receptionist (2 of the 3) are very rude and not helpful at all. This is not the first time I experienced this. I will soon make a change if you don't .

I set the appointment to have my CT scan and MRI results reviewed that were conducted by Unity Point. Dr. kruse was going to be on vacation so I waited another 2 weeks to set the appointment so that 5 weeks total had gone by for the results to be transferred from Unity Point to Mercy. When I arrived for my appointment, Mercy thought I was there for a routine physical and were unaware of the real reason for my appointment and did not gave the CT or NRI results from Unity Point which U.P.. were instructed to give to Dr. Kruse 5 weeks prior knowing they gave 3 weeks to comply. I’m not happy.
